This session contains another set of papers on innovative applications of ICT for Electronic Governance, such as: a comparative study of systems and best practices for property registration in India, an overview of ICT initiatives to modernize the taxation system in Mongolia, an information management system supporting policy-making decisions by local governments in Pakistan, and an Electronic Government portal accessible to illiterate citizens in Morocco.
