This session focuses on cases of Electronic Governance initiatives, including: collecting citizens opinions about remuneration of government employees through the national portal of India, developing Electronic Government in Nigeria – prospects and challenges, investigating the high level of failure of Electronic Government in Africa through the case of Gambia, and evaluating regional government portals in Russia on the basis of the public value concept.
